Christ said that you would know the truth and that the truth would set you free. Yet each day Christians are struggling to become free – free from anxiety; free from depression, worry, doubts, and fears; free from sin’s powerful grasp on their lives; free from behavior that may be destroying their work or relationships; free from law and religion.

Discipleship counseling seeks to expose the lies and deception which hold individuals captive, and then calls them to exchange the bondage of lies for the freedom of the truth and the resources of God's grace. (John 8:31, 32; Romans 1:21, 25; 5:17)
