New Community Church

Our elementary environment is based on 252Basics, the curriculum developed at North Point Community Church.  This unique teaching experience is built around three Basic Truths according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52....wisdom, faith, and friendship.  Each month the lessons are based on a Core Virtue and Memory Verse and lead kids to learn:  (1) "I need to make the wise choice!", (2) "I can trust God no matter what!" and (3) "I should treat others the way I want to be treated!"  We use both small group and large group teaching to enhance the learning experience.

As the kids sign in, the girls will gather together with new friends to play games that lead into the day's lesson while the boys will hang out with other guys for games and prepare for the day's lesson. From there, the girls will join the boys in large group where they will worship and experience the weekly bible lesson in a fun and cool format.  After worship and teaching, the kids will then return to their small group where they will engage in learning activities and group discussion about what they just experienced.
